Degas - haven't heard the whole album but JR was interviewed on BBC Radio 3 last week and they played some tracks including a Sheryl Crowe cover and a version of Led Zeps' The Crundge.
It sounded wicked! It's a groove based album and yet really open and organic. Brian Blade is incredible and definitely grooves as well as he swings. If you're a fan, I'd get this - you won't be diosappointed.

No bad comments so I will grab the album this weekend ...thanks guys
The last JR CD I bought was "Elastic" which is good, but not great. JMHO. BB is solid, but, again, the music on that one doesn't call for brilliant drumming. Again, JMHO.
